AFFIDAVIT OF H~IR3fiIP

ALFRBD D. FISABR, being first duly sw~orn, on oath deposes
and says as follows:
1. Affiant is the son of HARRY FIS~R a..~ ANNA S. FISHBR
who-w~re married to each other, and the 8~id marriage was terminated
by the death of HARRY L~ISI~R on November 3, 1951 at Chicaqo, Illinois.
2. The aaid HARRY FIS~iBR and ANNA FI3HSR were each
married only once ar~d then to each other. ~
3. There was only one (1) child bor~ to the said HARRY
~
FISI~R and ANNA B. FISHBR, namely, this affiant.
4. The said ANNA B. FI~R died intestate at Chicago,
Illinoig on February 7, 1968 leaving as her sole heir at lnw and
next of kin this affiant, ALFR$D D. FI8HSR.
5. Affiarit ia now thirty-five (35) years of age and he

~ has never been married.
~ 6. Affiant further says that he is now aerving as Admin-

~ istrator of the $state of ANNA B. FISHBR, Deceased, of which he is
~ the sole beneficiary,pursuant to appointment by the Circuit Court
of Cook County, Illinois, Probate Division; that the said estate ie ~

solvent; that the funeral bill and all debts of the said estate, - l
~ ~
~ ~
including adminietration expenses and taxes, have been fully paid

and discharqed.
7. Affiant is now the sole owner of the real estate legal-
~ ly described as followa, and the said real estat~e is free and clear
~
~ of all liens and encwabrancea:
~ The 3outh half (S~) of the North half (N~) of the South- ~
~ east quarter (S8~) of the Northweat quarter (NW~) of
~ Section Thirty-five (35), ~ownship Thirty-four (34j
South, Ranqe Thirty-nine (39) Bast, in St. Lucie County,
