Bu~luck, his wife ! by Inde~ture of Mortgage bearing date the 22nd day of October A.D. 19 64 , and recorc~ed in the office of the Clerk of the Ci~cuit Court in and fo~ the County of S t. Luc ie State of Florida, in O.R Book 101 Page 376 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularty desc~ibed, to secure the payment of the sum of Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred and NO/100---- -------------------------------~-------------($23,200.00) ppLIARS, with interest as therein mentioned: - AND WHEREAS the said J. Davis Bulluck, Jr. and Dorothy S.
