mainten~oe amd upkeep hereby authorize ~d qive my {our) consent to ihe loAowing:
1. Whenevar GENERAL DEVELOPMENT G~RP'ORATION, ib suooessars or assigns, shall notily
the undersigned in writi~g at the addresa indic~ated below (or at such other address crs may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises cue not in a reasonable state ot
appearcmce cmd repair aonsistent with the general appearance amd state o! repair of other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish ihe required repcrirs, mnintenance,
etc., set forth in smd notice within 15 days after receipt o[ same.
2. II the undersigned shall iml or ,refuse to accomplish the required repairs or mainten~?ce,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA3'ION, its successors or assigns,
acting by ~d ihreugh its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpose oI doing
the necesscay work. Provided, however, that such wor~ shall be timited to lawn cmd yurd mainten~ce
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt uppecurmce, and to painting amd minor repairs to the exterior ot
the building or buildings, situcrted on the premises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsaie condition.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessors or assigns, in bringing about amd accomplishing the work referred to in the notic~e, the under- ~
signed agrees to make payment thereo! within 10 days after demcmd. Provided, however, that dem~d }
ior payment shall not exceed~ actual c~osts or egpenses ir:curred. ~
4. In the event that the undersigned shall fail or reluse to make pciyment ot the aclual costs or ~
