a Minor, party of the first part, and JAMES R. BURTON and SUSAN BUR~ON,

Orawdy, a minor of St. Lucie County, F'lorida, having apptied to the
County Judge of said county for an order to sell certain real estate,
the property of said estate, situated in St. Lucie County, Florida~ and
the said County Judge after due consideration of the same, being satisfied
of the necessity of the sale thereof for the purposes of making other
investments, did on the 17th day of February, 1970, by his order of
that sai~d date, direct a sale of the real estate therein mentioned,
belonging to said estate,
