To ether with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments ~

and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all
rents, issues, proceeds and profits accruing and to accrue from said
premises, all of which are included in the above and foregoing description

And the Mortgagors do hereby covenant that they are now the ~

encumbrances except as to that certain mortgage dated October 19, 1961,
I recorded in Official Record Book 21, page 262, Indian River County, Flori

` public records, executed by Mortgagors to Mortgagee, and securing the

i1 Provided always, that if Mortgagors shall pay said sum of

$8; 500. 00 mentioned and described in said mortgage dated October 19,
1961, and com 1 with and abide b all the terms and conditions of said

this mortgage and the estate hereby created shall cease and be null and
