feet wide beinq one-half the riqht of way of State Road No. 4
lyinq East of the center line of-road.
2. From the northwest corner of the northeast 1/4 of the south-
east 1/4 of Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run
thence south 91.4 feet to a pipe; run thence south 89 degrees
and 30 minutes east for a distance of 901.8 feet to a point in j
the center of old Dixie Hiqhway, run thence North 19 degrees, 38 ~
minutes west alonq the center of the said old Hixfe Highway i
g00 feet to the point of beqinninq. From this point of beginning
continue north 19 degrees 38 minutes west for a distance of
605.03 feet to a point; run ther.ce north 14 degrees 50 minutes
west for a distance of 378.9 feet to a point in the center of ~
old Dixie Aiqhway, aforesaid, run thence south 89 deqrees 12 ;
minutes east for a distance of 51.5 feet to a point on the west
line of the right of way of the F. E. C. Ry., run thence sauth
20 deqrees 14 minutes east alonq the said west line of the F.B.C.
Ry., for a distance of 997.6 feet to a point, run thence north 69 ~
degrees 30 minutes west for a distance of 96 feet to the point of ;
beginning. ;
Toqether with all the right, title and interest of the owners in
and to that certain easement across land lying east of the Florida ~
East Coast Railway Company right of way to the Indian River as
shown by Sasement Agreement recorded in Deed Book 150 at Page
212 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and subject
to the rights of the owner of said land lying east of the Florida
East Coast Railway~right of way as shown by said agreement.
Said land being otherwise described as:
A tract of land in Government Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Section 33, ~
Township 34 South, Range 40 Ea~st, lying west of the right of way
of the Florida East Coast Railway, north of Naco Road, and the
prolongation its center line east to said Railway; and east of
the riqht of way of State Road No. 5(U.S. Highway No. 1); and
South of the north line of the south 1/3 of Government Lots 1 ;
and 2; less the St. Lucie SchooZ Tract, being the north 2.09 :
chains (137.94') of said south 1/3 and bounded on the west '
by a north-south line 22.50 chains (1485') west of the bank of ~
the Indian River, measured along the north line of said South #
1/3; and less a strip 66 feet wide being the right~of way for ' s
the old Dixie Hiqhway (now State Road 605) neax the east edge ~
of said tract. ;
