Between ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS INCORPORATED, a corporation, having its
principal place of business in the County of St. Lucie, in the State
of Florida, arty of the first p~art, and EMIL JACKSON and PHYLLIS
~?/k~a OPHBLIA L . JACKSOII , ~
JACKSON,/his wife, whose mailing address is Inlet House Apartments,
2302 Sunrise Blvd., Fort Pierce, in the County of St. Lucie, in the
State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consider-
ations to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained end
sold to the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being in
the Caunty of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
A condominium parcel designated as Apartment No. 210 of
