who, after first being duly sw~orn, deposes and says:
That he is the son of HOMER A. HOSICINS and MABEI. B~lRBE: _
HOSKINS, both deceased; that MABEL BARB~~ HOSRINS died in August
of 1956, leaving surviving her,~Affiant, Affiant's sister, Mabel `
T. Hoskins, and Hom~er A. Hoskins, said father of Affiant; that
Affiant's father, HOMER A. HOSKINS, owned in his own name the

of RUSSELL'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book~ 1, at page 37, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with all riparian rights appurten-

AND EXCEPT a paresl more particularly described as follows:

SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 7,
at page 18, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florid ,
