THIS INDSN'IVRE, Made this day of ~,A.D. 1970,
Between ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS INCORPORATED, a corporation, having its
principal place of business in the County of St. Lucie, in the State
of Florida, party of the first part, and BTHSE ALLi90N, a single
adult, whose permanent maili.ng address is c/o In~.et House Apartments,
2303 Sunrise Boulevard, Apt. #102, Fort Pierce of the County of
Saint Lucie, in the State of Florida parties of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consider-
at3.ons, to it in hand paid by the said parties of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
forever, the following described land, situate, ~ying and being in .

445 of the public recor~is of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all of the appurtenances thereto, all accord-
ing to said Declaration of Condominium. _
