THIS INDENTURE, Made this 3 day of , A.D. 1970,
Between ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS INCORPORATED, a corporation, having its
principal place of business in the County of St. Lucie, in the State
of Florida, party of the first part, and ELMER J. SCFIl~IALTZ and
THERESA K. SCHMALTZ, his wife, whose permanent mailing address is
c/o Inlet House Apartments, 2302 Sunrise Boulevard, Apt. ~2Q5,
rort Pierce of the County of St. Lucie, in the State of Florida
parties of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable
considerations, to it in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, .

heirs and assigns, forever, the fallowing described land, situate,

with all of the appurtenances thereto, all according to ~

SUBJECT to all of the provisions of the Declaration of
Condominium and Exhibits thereto, and any and all restric-
tions, reservations, easements, licenses and limitations of
record which the parties of the second part assume and agree
to perform and abide by.
