THYS INDSNTURS. Made this day of December, A. D. 1969,
between DOItpTHY D. OLSON and ROSS DUNHAM, as Sxecutrix and $xecutor
respectively under the Will of David R. Dunham, deceased, parties of
the first part, and DOR4TSY D. OLSON, DAVID ROSS D~UNHAM and SV'SLYN D.
LAND, parties of the second part; witnesseth that
_ WI~R$AS, DOROTAY D.•OLSON and RO$S DUNHAM are the duly qualified
and actinq ~xecutrix and Bxecutor respectively unde~ the will of David
R. Dunham, deceased; and
W~RBAS, the parties of the first part are conveyinq the herein-
after de~^ribed property to said parties of the second part for the
purpose of making distribution under the Will of said decedent.
NOw, THSRSFORE, this indenture witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part, as Executrix and Executor aforesaid, in consideration
of the swa of One Dollar and other valuable consideration to tt~em in
Yiand paid by the said parties of the second part, ~he receipt whereof is
hereby acknawledged, do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
parties of the second part, their heirs, successors and assiqns farever,
all of the right, title and interest of said de~edent-at the time of
his death, and all the right, title and interest that the estate may have
subsequently acquired by operation of law or otherwise, in and to the

following described real property, situate, lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Slorida, to-wit:

conveyed the rights of way of all public roads and of
