toqether w3th the appurtenances, and every part thereof, unta ihe said
parties of the second part, their heirs, successors and aseigns forever.
And the said partiea of the firet part for themselves, their
successors an~d assigna, do covenant, promiae and aqree to and with the
said parties of the second part, their heirs, successors and assigns,
that they are lawfully the $x~cutrix and Bxecutor of the eatate of David
R. Dunham, deceased, and have full power to convey as aforesaid, and
have in all reapects acted in makinq this conveyance in pursuanc~ of the
authority granted by ~he Last Will and Testament of sa~id decedent, and
that they have not made, done or suffered any act, matter or thing
whatsoever since they were $xecutrix and 8xecutor aforesaid, whereby
the above granted premises or any part thereof, naw are, or at any tin?e
hereafter shall or may be impeached or incumbered in any manner whatsoever.
