described from a certain lien arising out of that certain co~tract
dated February 20, 1959, by and between North 8each Water Company,

a Florida corporation, a~d Navillus Development Corporation, a ~
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 24~, Page 996, and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in 8ook T8 at Page 497, of the off ic~al
recosd6 of St. Lucie County. Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other-things- in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under cer#ain terls and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County~ Elorida, is described as f ollows:
