THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of March,
1970, by and berween EDMUND M. RADKE and DORIS M. RADKE, his wi#e,
hereinafter called the parties of the first part, and WHITNEY B. DARLING

That if the said parties of the second part sh311 fiFSt make the payments
and per#orm the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made and
performed, the said parties of the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey

and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to the said
parties of the first part, as conaideration therefor the sw~n of THIRTEEN THOU-
SAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100ths DOLLARS (~13, 500, 00), in the manner
