ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, Thomas James Barr, as Trustee of the Thomas James Barr
Trust, party of the first part, for and in consideration of Ten
'($20.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is
hereby a~::~owledged, from Harris Construction Corporation, a
Florida corporation, party of the second part, do hereby grant,
bar$sin, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party
of the second part, these certain mortgages described as follows,
to-wit:
(1) That certain mortgage bearing the date the 27th day of October,
1964 and recorded in O.R.Book 102 at page 47, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, enc~~mbering:
Lot g, Block 1, Southern Pines Subdivision as per plat ;
thereof on record in plat book 9, page 68, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(2) That certain mortgage bearing the date the 27th day of October,
1964 and recorded in O.R.Book 102 at page 23, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, encumbering:
Lot 7, Block 1, Southern Pines Subdivision as per plat
thereof on record in plat book 9, page 68, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the notes, or obligations deecribed in the aforesaid
mortgages, and the monies due and to become due thereon, with the ;

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, ~
its heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns forever. ~
