maintenar~ce ~d upkeep hereby authorize cmd give my (our) consent to the lollowing:
1. Whenever GENERAL CEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notify
ihe undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned lrom time to tuae) ihat ihe said premises ~e not in a reasonable state ol
clppearunoe cmd repair ~asistent with the general appearance cmd state ot repair o) other properties
within lhe immediate vicinity, ihe undersigned agrees to aceomplish the required repairs, maintenar,ce.
etc., set lorth in said notice within 15 days aiter receipt ot same.
2. If the undersigned shall tail or retuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintencmce,

etc., within ihe prescribed iime, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, I
acting by cmd throu~h its duly aufhorized agents may crme upon the premises lor the purpose oE doing ~
the necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn ~d yard mainienance
to prevent cm overgrown or'unkempt oppe~ance, and to painting and minor repairs to the exterior of
ihe- building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent unsightly or unsafe condition.
3. As to ~y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in br~nqing about cmd accomplishing the work referred to in the notice, the under-
siyned agrees to make pa}•ment thereoi within 10 days alter demcmd. Provided, however, ihat dem~d
lor payment shall not exceed actual oosts or expenses incwred.
4. In ihe event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to make pcYyment ot ihe actual costs or
expenses incurred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ~
cesso~s or assigns, may undertaYe collection ot the sum which ihe undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together with all eosts ol eollection including a reasonable attorney a fee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in additic~ to other remedies gresc~ibed by Florida law, give
notice ihat it has aoquued a lien agcunst the subject property for said cmnount ~d may file a Notice
ot Lien among the Public Records of the County in which the p=emises ~e situated.
This agreement shall be binding upon my (our) heirs, successors or assigns cmd shall be con-
