To d~ly, promptly and fully perform, discharge, execute, effect, complete, comply with and abide b~ each and every the stipulations, agreements, cond~twna and covenants in sa~d promissory note and this mortgage se* forth. 9. That in the eve~t tF~e ownership of the mortgaged premises, or any Farf thereof, becomes vested in a person other than the MORTGAGOR, the MORTGAGEE, irs successws and assigns, may, without no~ice to the MORTGAOR, deal w~rh such succe:sor a successor in interest with reference to this mo:tgage and the debt he;eby secured in the same maruier as w~th Mortgago~ wiihout in any way vitiating w d~xharging the Mortgagors' liability Ir~re- under w upon the debt hereby secured. Morfgagee shail from time to time notify mortgagor in writing of the amount due and payabte hereundrr and such sum shall thereupon be due and ~ payable on the due date of the next monthly payment and each successive morsth thereaffet urtil mortgagee shall notify mortgagor of a change in such ? amount.
