ing to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 38
of the Public Ra~ords of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with
the improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment ~
contained therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament~ and appurtenances thereunto belonsins or in :
anywise appertaining, and a{so all buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, togeiher with and inclading all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lightin6 plant, and all
plumbing apparatus, fiztures, appliances, ventilating equipment. toilets, basins, elecuic heating and lighting
plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery; plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele- ~
vators, including passenger and otfier elevatots, yenetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges. awnings and shutters, now
or hereafter located in the buiiding upon said Iand, and all other machinery. appliances and apparatus now or
hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewal or replacement of fistures. machinery, appliances and ap-
purtenances originally installed on said premises. in connection with the compietion theceof or in addition there- ~

~ appurtenances the ~lortgagot warrants shall be free irom any encumbrances, rotention of title or other claims in :
