MORTGAGB MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREBMENT, made and entered into by and between J. T. STEWART MORTGAGE f
CQ~IPANY, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATIUN, Mortgagee, and JOSEPH A SZUMSKI AND IRENB M.
SZUMSKI, Mortgagors.
WHBREAS, the parties hereto under date of January 7, 1970 entered into a certain
mortgage note and mortgage agreement, whiGh was recorded in Official Records Book /~3 ,
Page, / 9/p of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being described
as follows: -
Lot S, Block 77, RIVER PARK UNIT 9, Part "B",
~ as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14,
Pages 47 and 47A of the Public Ibecords of St.
Lucie Caunty, Florida.
WHERBAS, parties desire to modify, amend and change some of the terms and provisions
of said mortgagein order that it may set forth the true, complete and intended agreement
between the parties:
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained the paxties
do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day of February
1970 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day of Jan-
uary 2000, the Mortgagors asrl Mortgagee are desirous of am,ending the first payment due
date to March 1, 1970 and amending the final payment due date to February 1, 2000 at which
time the entire outstanding remaining principal balance shall be paid in full.
Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, coQenants, conditions and provi-
sions of the Note and Mortgage dated January 7, 1970, shall remain in full force and effect,
This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the parties hereto,
~ their respective successors, heirs and assigns.
