TfIIS DEED, Made and entered into this day of ~S~CGy ,
1970, between CALBERT C. BUTLER, the duly constituted and appointed
ancillary executor of the estate of John F. Butler, deceased, late
of the County of Jefferson, State of Kentucky, as party of the
first part, and BOBBY E. KTNNEY and MYRTLE KINNEY of St. Lucie
County, Florida, whose mailing address is: 1404 S. lOth Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, as parties of the second part.
WITNESSETH: 'Ihat on the 19th day- of February, 1970, upon
the petition of the party of the first part, the Honorable Jack L.
Rogers, County Judge in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, granted-
to party of the first part leave to sell the lands of the said
John F.°Butler, deceased, for the purpose of paying debts of the
estate; that said order authorized the sale to be made for cash
and the hereinafter described propertq was sold to parties of the
second part for cash.
' Naw, therefore, in consideration of~the foregoing and in
further consideration of the sum of FOURTEEN 1HOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
DO~LLARS ($14,500.00) purchase moneq paid at and befare the sealing
~ and delivery of thi~ deed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the party of the first part has sold and conveyed and does hereby

sell and convey unto the said Bobby E. Kinney and Myrtle Kinney,
their heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate
in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida and described as ~~D /

All of Lot 30, except the North 15 feet thereof,
in Block 23, PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page
24 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,
together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any

wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same to the said Bobby E. Kinney and
