l. Whenever GENERAL DEYELOPMENT CORFORt~TION, its suocessars or assigns, shall notity
the v~ndersiqned in writ~g at the addresa indioated below (or at such other address as may be desiq-
nated by the undersiqned from time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state ol
appea~~amce m~d repadt consiatent with the general appeaQanve ~?d state oI sapair ot other prroperties
within ths immediate vicinity, the undersiqnec~ agrees to acvomplis~ the required repuirs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in scrid notioe within 15 days after raceipt o! same.
2. lf the undersigned shall fml or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance, ~
etc., within the presc~ibed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA9'ION, its successors or assigns, ~
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon t}ie premises for the purpose o! doing
the necess~y work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd y~d maintenance
to preveni cm overgrown or unkempt appecuamee, and to painGng cmd minor repairs to ihe exterior ol ~
the building or buildings, situated oti the ptemises in order to prevent cm unsightly or unsafe oondition. ~
3. As to auay costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its su~- ;
cessors or assigns, in bringing about ~d accomplishing ihe wort refen~ed to in the notioe, the under-
signed agrees to ma1~e payment thereof within 10 days olter dem~d. Provided, however, tha~t demcmd ~
for payment shall not exceed actual c~osts or expenses incurred
4. In ihe event~ that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to make payment of the actual cosis or ~
expenses incurred, ihen, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- ,
cessors or assigns, may undertake eollection oi the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay s
hereunder, together wiih all aosts of oollection including a reaso~wble attomey's fee. GENERAL i
DEVELOPMENT G~OAPORATION may, in additic~n to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
