signed agrees to make payment thereof within 10 dcrys after demcmd. Provided, however, that demcmd
for payment shall not exceed actual oosts or expenses incurred.
4. In the event that the undersiqned ahall tadl or reiuse to make payment of the actual costs or
expenses incurred, ihen, and in ihat event only, GENERAL DE4ELOPMENT CORPORATTON, its suc
cessors or assigns, may undertalte eollection o! the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together with all co~ts ol vollection including a reasonable ariomey's fee. GEi1ERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in additicx~ to other remedies pcesc~ibed by Florida law, give
notice that it has aoquired a lien agcrinst the subject pcoperty for ~md amount amd may file a Na~-~
o! Lifen among the Public Records of the County in which the p~emisee ~e situated.
