ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS INCORPORATED, a Florida corporation, called
Mortgagor in this instrument, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce,
Florida, a Banking Association of the State of Florida, called
Mortgagee in this instrument:
WHEREIN, in consideration of the payments made to the Mortgagee
under the pxovisions of that certain Mortgage from Mortgagor to '
Mortgagee, dated July 29, 1969, recorded in 0. R. Book 179, page 1194,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, and •
WHEREIN, the aforesaid parties entered into a Mortgage Amendment
and Release Agreement, dated August 18, 1969, recorded in 0. R. Book 179,
page 1197, recorded in St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, and
WHEREIN, Mortgagee herein acknowledges receipt of Architect's
Certificate certifying completion of INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS,
INC. BUILDING N0. 1, together with Contractor's Certificate of Com-
pletion and final inspection, and
WHEREIN, Mortgagee does hereby acknowledge substitution of the
property under original mortgage, to-wit:
