and 2 and respective units thereunder is intended to correlate the unit
described in the Mortgage Amendmen~ Agreement and Declaration of Con-
dominium of INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., BUILAING N0. 1.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED by and between the parties that the lien of
the mortgage holder mortgaging under referenced Mortgage Amendment and -
Release Agreement (column 1) shall cover the corresponding correlated
units herein described of INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC.,
BUILDING N0. 1(column 2) and that the said units are interchangeable
or.e and the same .
IT IS HEREBY SPECIFICALLY AGRE~D AND UNDERSTOOD that the Mort-
gagee's lien hereunder covers only the apartment ur.i~~ of INLET HOUSE '
CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., BUILDING N0. 1, as referenced by the
above correlation table (column 2) and the Mortgagee does hereby
forever release; remise and relinquish all remaining lands covered
by the original Mortgage Agreement to and in favor of the Apartment
Units described in the correlation tabZe hereunder (column 2).
