Made this Sth day of September, 1969, between R. BLAINE GERRISH
and MARGARET M. GERRISH, his wife, party of the first part, and
RICHARD E. BYRNE and JQSCELYN L. BYRNE, his wife, whose mailing
address is 2607 South 14th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the

WITNESSETH, That it the said party of the second part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on '

hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure to the said party of
t he second part, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in
fee simple, clear of all incumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient

THIS IS A BALLOON MORTGAGE AND THE FINAL PAYME[1T OR THE
BALANCE DUE UPON MATURITY IS $ 15,011.66 , TOGETHER
WITH ACCRUED INTEREST, IF ANY, AND ALL ADVANCEt~1TS MADE
BY THE MORTGAGEE UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS MORTGAGE. _

THOUSAND DOLLARS {$3,000.00), receipt of which is hereby ackno~ledged.
The balance of $17,500.00 payable in 61 monthly payments coQmnencing
on September S, 1969 in the amount of $130.00 which include principal
and interest, with like-payments for the foiiowing 59 consecutive
months. On the 61st monthly payment, the entire remaining principal
and interest shall be due and payable. Computations are based on a
20 year payment schedule with interest at the rate of 6~'/o per annum,
payable monthly on the whole sum remaining fram time to time unpaid;
and to pay all taxes, assessments or impositions that may be legally
