hand paid, EDMAR, INC. , a Florida Corporation, hereby agrees to join in

and daes hereby join in said Articles of Agreement just as fully and completely
as if it had been named therein as a party and had executed the same prior to
its recordation as an additional party of the first part. First party further
~ covenants and agrees that all references in said Articles of Agreement to

"parties o# the first part" or "first parties" shall be construed as being fully
applicable to first party, EDMAR, INC. , and first party, ~DMAR, INC. , shal
be fully bound by said Articles of AgreemenG
