~ lien, as the first parties eacpressly decline to give conser~t to any acts

3 The second c~arties Will keep the dxellin~ and•personal property
~ insured a~ainst loss by fire, extended eovera~re and oth er perils in the
~ minimum amount of ~;16,000.00 on the dwellings and ~2,000.00 on the contents,
~ with loss payable to the first perties as their interest may apr+ear, said
~ policy to be deposited ith the firat part~es, and pramiums to be paid by the
~ second parties. However should the second par~ies fail to laeep such insur~nce
~ in.force, or fail to pay the premiums theron promptly, first partiea shall
~ have the option, but snall not be required, to pay said premiums, and any
~ kmounts so ~aid shall be added to this Contract and shall baar interest at
~ 6~ ~ from d~te of such payment or payments.
