who, being duly sworn, says: That he is the attorney for Star

in pursuance to a contract with Burke and Turner Construction
Company, 1016 Robinson Avenue, Orlando, Florida, the general con-
tractor for Frying Fryers, Inc., Route 1, Box 80, Winter Garden,
Florida, and L. Montgomery, Trustee, and Levere Montgomery and
Betty Ann Montgomery, his wife, Post Office Box 2094, Fort Pierce,
Florida, the lienor furnished labor and materials on the lands
