Before me, the undersi~ned authority, personally appeared
$RROL S. WILLES, of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Griffin,
who, being duly sworn, says: That he is the attorney for Star
Construction Company of Fort Pierce, Florida, Inc., a Florida
corporation, tbe lienor herein whose address is Route 1, Box
866, Orange Avenue $xtension, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and
that in pursuance to a contract with McDonough Construction
Company, Post Office Box 1738, Atlanta, Georgia 30301, the

lienor furnished labor and materials on the land described
as follows, located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The East 876.9 feet of that part of the South
1/2 of the SW 1/4 lying West of U.S. #1, less '
parcel described as follows: beginning at the
intersection of the North right-of-way line of
; Virginia Avenue and the West right-of-way line
~ of U.S. #l, runs North along the West right-of-
~ way line of U.S. #1 535 feet, thence West 676.9
feet, thence North 50 feet, thence West 20Q feet,
thence South 585 feet, thence East 876.9 feet to
point of beginning, and less the Southerly 130
feet thereof for road and canal rights-of-way,
all-in Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, St: Lucie County, Florida
said lands owned by KIMCO of Fort Pierce, Inc., 245 Park Avenue,
New York, New York 10017, of a total value of Thirteen Thousand

The type of work was grading and paving. The lienor furnished

~ the first of the same on May 6, 1969 and the last of the same

~ on December 31, 1969, and the lienor was in previty with the

~ owner through McDonough Construction Company, Post Office Box

1738, Atlanta, Georgia 30301. That the lienor claims a lien ;
