THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of April,
1970, between WILLIAM F. WILLSS, as Administrator CTA of
the Estate of RUBYS T. NAYLOR, deceased, party L€ the first
part, and CI~?RLSS T. NAYLOR, Farty of the second part, whose
address is 16 Ridge Road, $ast~Longmeadow, Massachusetts,

The party of the first part on the day of April,
1970, pursuant to order of the County Judge's Court for St.
Lucie County, Florida, and in consideration of the premises
and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and otY~er qood and val-
uable consideration in hand paid, grants, barqains, sells,
aliens, premises, releases, conveys and confirms to the par-
ty of the second part, and to his heirs and assigna forever,
that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly c~~ccribed as follows:
The Southerly 7 feet of Lot 21 as measured
on Tamarind Drive and all of Lot 22, Block
