A G R E E M E N T
WHEREAS, EDGAR BROWNsand JOSEPHINE BROWN, his wife, parties
f the first part, are.the owners of and/or have interest in the S~
of Section 17, all of Sections 20, 29, 32, and the E~ of Section
31, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, and
WHEREAS,~MARY F. SCOTT and INEZ HAMIL'PON, parties of the
second part, own or have interest in, or are planning to acquire
ownership of the following described property, to-wit: _

The S~ of the SW~ and the NW~ of the SW~, Sec tion 16 , '
Township 34 South, Range 39 East, and
The W~ and the SE~ and the W~ of the NE~ of Section 21,
Township 34 South,.Range 39 East, and
The SW~ of the SW~ and the W~ of the NE~ of the SW~ and
the W~ of the W~ of the SE~ of the SW~ of Section 22, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 39 East. ~
i~hiEREAS, there is now a canal and/or drainage ditch running :

~ast and West along the Half Section lines of the aforesaid Sec- ~
tion 32 and the EZ of Section 31, which said drainage ditch and/or

canal joins with a canal or drainage ditch running North and South

along the East boundary of the N2 of said Section 32, the East _
; boundary of said Section 29, the East boundary of said Section 20, ;

!I and the East boundary of the S2 of said Section 17, which said can

~ al turns westerly at the NE corner of the S~ of said Section 17,

~ and continues Wester].y along the South side of the present Indrio
Road, all of said canal and/or drainage ditch being within the

boundaries of Che parties of the first part, and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties hereto to provide
for and allow the parties of the second part to drairt through and/ _
or get water from said canals for the drainage and/or irrigation
~ of the said property of MARY F. SCOTT and INEZ HAMILTiON hereinbe-

~ fore described.
