agree, and grant unto the parties of the second part, ~eir heirs
and assigns, the right to drain through and obtain water from the
said canals; said drainage and irrigation being limited ta the
drainage or irrigation of said properties of MARY F. SCOTT and
INEZ HAMILTON hereinbefore described.

2. The parties hereto further covenant and agree that the
rights and privileges of drainage and irrigation shall be covenant
running with the said lands here inbefore set out.
