ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, EDGAR BROWN and JOSEPHINE BROWN, his wife, parties
of the first part, and LESLIE W. 9COTT and MARY SCOTT, his wife,
parties of the second part, did enter into a certain Agreement
dated the lSth day of March, A. D. 1968, and recorded in 0. R.
Book 170, at pa ge 2918, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties here to to alter and
add to numbered paragraph 2 of said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AGREED, tha t for and in the considera-
tion of $1.00 and mutual advantages growing herefrom, that in ad-
dition to the terms set out in paragraph 2, the partie s do hereby
covenant and agree that the maintenance provision on Che 50-50
basis as provided in said paragraph 2, shall be altered so that ;
the parties shall consult with each other prior to expending
or agreeing *o expend or becoming obligated to expend monies for
maintenance of the canals, drainage ditches and locks in said

original agreement, and that in the event either.party disagrees ;
with the expenditure, that the other party shall be permitted at

said parties option to do said work at said party's individual
~ cost, and the parties do further covenant and agree that all other
conditions, agreements and covenants contained in the aforemention
ed agreement, to remain in ful.l force and effect, altered only
by the foregoing addition to the maintenance provision of said
para,graph 2 of the original agreement. .
