to the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence
Southeasterly along the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 1
747.5 feet to the South line of aforesaia Lot 1 of Carlsan's
Subdivision; thence North 89 degrees, 45 minutes West, along the
South line of said Lot 1, 1026.1 feet to the point of beginning.
