aliened, remised. released, conveyed and confirmed~ and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey

more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 24,
thence run Sasterly along the North line of

Northeast corner of Lot 23l thence Southerly
along the Sast line of Lot 23 a distance of
70 feetf thence Westerly and parallel with
