~ RESOLVED. that the President or any Vice President of PUI3LIC
SERVICE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY is hereby authorized and
empowered to appoint Attoxneys=in-Fact with full power and authority to
execute civil ~nd criminal bail bonds on behalf of the Company, and to
certify a copy of this resolution as well as a financial statement of the

RESOLVED further, that the signature o~ the President or any Vice

; affixed by facsimile to any certificate of such power. and any such power
