Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to administe ~
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared, ItQBERT C.
ROBERTS, who, after first being duly sw~orn, deposes and says:
That he is the son of JOSEPH LEE ROBERTS and LUBA EDNA ROBERT ,
both decease~; that JOSEPH LEE ROBERTS died J anuary lb, 1959, and
LUBA EDNA ROBERTS died Jariuary 8, 1961; that during their lifetime
they had eight (8) children, all of whom survived them; that said
childrens names are as follows, to-wit: JOSEPH LEE ROBERTS, JR.,
RfJBERT C. ROBERTS, LORENA J. BUSSEY, MARY ELIZABETH DWALL, HAZII.
R. COLLINS, MABEL RAY, CURTIS ROBERTS, and LLOYD GDORGE ROBERTS;

that the real property belonging to the deceased JOSEP'H LEE RABERT
and LUBA EDNA ROBERTS, was held by said individuals as a tenancy
by the entireties with rights of survivorship, and that said real
property was the only asset belonging to said deceaseds at the ti
of theirzespective deaths; that the value of said property was

; less than $10,000.00; that neither of said deceaseds left a Will,

and that there has never been any probate proceeding had in the
matter of their deaths.
