D. 19 70 ~ BETWEEN; WALLACE T. LONG and RILDE M. LONG, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors, and HEINRICH ROHDE, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee. WHEREAS~ the said Mortgagors are justly indebted to said mortgagee in the sum of SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR Ht1NDRED ~ AND NO/100 --------------=($74,400.00) --------------------------Dollars, lawful money of the United 5tates of America. with interest after date at the rate of seven percent (796) per annum, as evidenced by a certain promissory note of even date payable according to the following schedule: Twelve Thousand Four Hundred ($12,440.00) Dollars plus interest at the above- designated rate on the unpaid principal balance on or before the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth anniversary dates of this note. After December 31, 1970, Promissors shall have the right of prepayment ~ without payment of penalty therefor.
