said point being a metal disc embedded in the bulkhead
and an E'ly. extension of the Centerline of Seaway
Dr. to the West; Th. S 85°00' East a distance of
475' to a P.C. of a curve to the left having a
radius of 545.6~' and subtending a central anqle
of 19°25'; Thence along said curve a distance of 184.91
feet to a P.C.C. of a second curve to the left having
a radius of 268.57' and subtending a central angle
of 96°25'; Thence along said second curve a distance
of 451.95' to its P. T.; T'hence along a line in a
Northwester?y direction a distance of 163 feet more
or leas to a point on the Westerly line of Lot 14,
Block 19, FORT PI$RCB BSACH SUBDIVISION, said -
point also being the intersection of the westerly
extension of the centerline of Binney. Drive with the
face of an existing bulkheadf T'hence meander along
the North line of said FORT PIERCS BEACH SUBDIVISION
to the existing South revetment wall; thence along
said South revetment wall Easterly to its intersection
with the Atlantic Ocean.
AND, WHEREAS, the State of Florida Board of Trustees of
the Internal Improvement Trust Fund has examined the bulkhead
line as submitted and finds it to be located and properly
established according to the provisions of Section 253.122,
Florida Statutes, as amended by Chapter 67-393, Laws of Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TAE STATE OF FLORIDA
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THB INTERNAL IMPRO~IEMENT TRUST FUND that
; the bulkhead line as approved by the City Commission of the
I City of Fort Pierce by Ordinance No. F-159, adopted an
s December 10, 1968, be approved, adopted and certified for the
~ purposes prescribed by Section 253.122, Florida Statutes, to
~ remain effective until altered or invalidated in accorda ce
~ with the Law.
