WITNESSETH: That whereas, on October 22 _ , 19 64 . Third Parties be-
ing indebted to Second Party in the sum of ~ 23+200.Q0 did make, execute and deliver
unto Second Party a certain promissory note ~and Mortgage Deed securing the same, said mortgage encumber- ;

WHEREAS, there is now unpaid on said promissory note , the principal sum of ~ 14~540.14 ~
together with interest from Februarv 1Sth _ , 19 7O , at the rate of $
6.0 % per annum, and j
WHEREAS, First Parties have purchased said property from Third Parties; subject to the lien of the afore- '
said mortgage, and, as a part of the consideration for said property, the First Parties have assumed and agreed to w
pay the indebtedness secured by the aforesaid mortgage and to perform and comply with all covenants, obliga- ~
tions and agreements by tfie mortgagors to be kept and performed under said mortgage; and Third Parties, iden-
tified as original bororowers herein, have requested Second Party to consent to such transfer of said property
and relieve Third Parties of responsibility fot any deficiency decree in the event it becomes necessary to fore-
close said mongage;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration af the sum of ~25.00 in hand paid to Semnd Party, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and, in further eonsideration of the agreemeM of Second Pary to consent to
the aforesaid transfer, said consent being evidenced hereby, first Parties do hereby assume personal liability
for and agree to pay the indebtedness secured by the aforesaid mortgage at the times and in tfie manner specified
in fhe aforesaid mortgage and in the promissory note therein described, a~d do further agree to perform,
aomply with and abide by each and every stipulation, agreement, mvenant and condition af said note and
mortgage.
Second Party hereby covenants and agrees _that lt. will not seek a deficiency deeree against the Third
against ~he Third Parties in the event it becomes necessary to enforce the mortgage secu?ity, nor enter any suit
on the promissory note against the personal responsibility of Third Parties.
