as the Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee,
its successors and assigns, an easement and r•ight of way for the
purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining
outfall and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the
following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 25 feet and the South 25 feet of the
following described land:
The West 132 feet of the NW~ of the
SE~ of the SW~ of Section 34, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, containing
two (2) acres, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns provided, however, that the Grantors may, at any time
after one year from the date hereof, terminate this easement by
giving the Grantee written notice in which event the Grantee shall
fill in the ditch constructed on said easement within sixty (60)
' days from receipt of said notice.
