THIS WARR,ANTY DEED Made the /O~aay o£ April, 1970,
by EUGENE V. CAMPBELL and MARJORIE G. CAMPBELL, his wife,
hereinafter called the grantor, to ROBERT L. KRAUSE and
HENRIETTA F. KRAUSE, his wife, whose address is 204 Hunt
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Floricla, 33450, hereinafter called the
grantee: -
(Wherever u5ed herein the terms "grantor" and "gran-
tee" include all the parties to this instrument and
the heirs, legal representatives and assigns oF in-
dividuals, and the successors and assigns of
corporations)
WITNESSETI3: That the grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable cons'iderations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, to-wit:
1. Begin at a point which is located on the easterly
boundary of Lot 15, Block A of M.D. HUNT SUBDIVISION
according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9,~
page 47, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
~ . Florida, and which is 50 feet Southerly of the North-
~ east corner of said Lot l5; from this point of begin-
~ ning run Southerly along the Easterly boundary of
said Lot 15 to the Southeast corner of said Lot 15;
thence run Westerly a distance of 12 feet along the
southerly boundary of said Lot 15 to a point; thence ~ 1
run Northerly along a line parallel to the Easterly -
boundary of said Lot 1S to a point opposite the point
of beginning; thence run Easterly to the point of
beginning.
