TO I~1VE AND TO HOLD the said lots of ground and
premises, above described and mentioned, and hereby intended to ~

be conveyed; together with the rights, privileges, appurtenances; ~
and advantages thereto belonging or appertaining unto and to the;

for life, with remainder to Francis Gasiorowski, Sr. and Agnes ~
Gasiorowski, his wife; however, under the following express ~
grants and powers, to wit; :
To S. A. Myszkiewicz, for life with full powers unto #

the herein before described property in the same manner as ~
though he were the absolute owner, and by his sole deed, mortgagQ,
or other conveyance, but not by Will, to convey the same to
any purchaser or purchasers, or mortgagers or grantees, who shall; ~
not be bound to see to the application of the purchase or mortgac~e
money or proceeds, and to take to his own use, absolutely, the t

~ purchase money or proceeds, and to take absolutely other con-

; siderations, and in the event that the said property is not

~ disposed of by the said S. A. Myszkiewicz, during his life ~

authority, then immediately upon the death of the said S..A. ;
