RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED
THLS INDENTURE, made this the _ 14 day of April. 1970

1970, between FT. PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a special taxing district,
party of the first part, and ST. LUCIE COIJNTY of the STATE OF FLORIDA, party of the
second part,

of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained

part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in Section 30, Township 34 Sauth of

Range 40 East, in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
The West 60 feet of the SouthEast one~quarter (SE 1/4) of Secrion 30, Town- _
ship 34 South, Range 40 East, EXCEPTING therefrom, the North 45 feet
~tnd the South 48 feet thereaf, which is right-of-way for Canals number 25
~and 26, respecrively, of the Ft . Pierce Farms Drainage District .

THIS DEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second
part, its successors, legal representatives and assigns, a right~of-way in and to said ;
lands far public highway purposes; and is made, executed and delivered with the express `
understa3ding that should the same ever be officially abandoned as a public hi,ghway the
title to the same shall therevpon revert to and revest in the party of the first part its ~
successors or assigns .
