rent. The lien created by this Lease shall be subject and inferior only
to the lien of a valid ffrst mortgage placed upon the condominium unit
incident to and connected with the original purchaseof said condominium
unit. The lien granted hereby may be foreclosed by Sublessor in the same

manner as a mortgage lien may be foreclosed and Sublessees hereunder
jointly and severally promise to pay aZl costs, includir;; Attorneys fee,
incurred by Sublessor as a result of a foreclosure of such lien.
9.
COSTS AND ATTORNEYS FEES. In any proceeding arising because
of a default by one of the parties, the nondefaulting party shall be
able to collect reasonable attorneys fees, expenses and costs arising
f rom the default.
10.
CONDTTIONS. This Agreement shall be binding upon and enure to
the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns and personal representa-
tives of the parties. ~
