EXTENS ION AGREF~IENT
COME the parties undersigned and agree as follows:
1. All references herein pertain to Lots 24, 25, 26, Block 3, ~

2. WHEREAS EDITH L. BEAN is the holder and owner of the
rights of CHARLES W. VAUGHAN and LENA B. VAUGHAN as retained in ~
