AFFIDAVIT

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE )
BEFORE ME, the undersigried authority, this day personally
appeared Amasa A. Marks who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
.
1. That he is the remarried, surviving spouse of Blanche Marks
who departed this life on August 6, 1966.
2. That he and the said Blanche Marks were the grantees in that
certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by Florence D. Kelly, joined
by her husband, Harold E. Kelly, dated December 15, 1960, recorded in
Deed Book 264, page 20, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
wherein the following described real property was conveyed:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 24, SUNLAND GARDENS,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page
32, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, he was
married to the said Blanche Marks and that said marital relationship con-
