in certain deeds of conveyance imposed certain conditions, restrictions
and limitations and provided that violation in whole or in part
of any of said conditions, restrictions, and limitations by the

grantees, their executors, administratora, legal representatives,
heirs, successors and assigns, or by the owner or owners of the :
real estate conveyed~by virtue of any judicial proceeding, shall
cause the described and conveyed real estate to im~ediately revert
to the grantor, its succ~ssors or assigns, and shall entitle the ~
