auch have created an unreasonable restraint on alienation of said
real estate, and;
WHEREAS, it is now to the best interest of all concerned
that said reatraint on alienation be removed.
NOW, THEREFORE, EDWIN COLEAN, ROBERT TERRY and G. B.
HALLSTRUM, as Trnstees of the stockholders of FORT PIERCE PROPERTIES,
INC., formerly FORT PIERCE FINANCING AND CONSTRUCTION CO~lPANY, the
successors and assigns of FORT PIERCE FINANCING AND CONSTRUCTI~I
COMPANY, in conaideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00j Dollars and
other valuable conBiderations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledqed,
do hereby remise, release and quit-claim any right, title, and
interest, claim and demand,which they might have by virtue of any
Reverter and Re-entry provision contained in any deeds of conveyance
of any lots of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision. Any such Reverter
and Re-entry provision in any conveyance by FORT P~RCE FINANCING
AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, of real estate of Fort Pierce Beach Sub-
~ division, now in force shall cease and terminate and became null,

~ void and unenforceable in~aediately. This document shall not, how-
ever, vary, alter or terminate the restrictions placed upon the
~ various lots of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision and all such re-
strictions presently in force shall continue in force.
