use, or permi~ or suffer the use of, any of the mortgaged pr~perty for any
purpose other than the purpose or purposes for which the same is now in-
~ended to be used, without the prior written cor.sent or the i~ortgagee.
~he Mortgagor will maintain the mortgaged property in good condition and
state of repair and will not suffer or pernit any waste to any part thereof,
and will pronptly co~ply ~aith all the requirements of Federal, state and
~.ocal governments, or of any departments, divisions or bureaus tY:ereof,
pertaining to suca~property or any part thereof. ~
5. TY~.e Mortgagor will not voluntarily create, or permit or suffer to ~
